All,

I am happy to announce that we will be releasing Maltego 2.0.1 soon (before end of this month for sure). While 2.0.1 is not 2.1 (the major upgrade) the following fixes and features will be in 2.0.1:

Features:
Copy and pasting of entities - between graphs and from text editors to/from graph! This can also be used to import entities
Zoom to pointer (wow - finally!!)
Run ''All transforms'' is back (you''ve asked for it enough)
IconURL fully implemented - it works well now

Fixes:
Working with authenticating proxies - NTLM and Basic Auth
Small cosmetic fixes and annoyances

Of course 2.0.1 will be made available free of charge for commercial users... The 2.0.1 community edition will follow in a bit.

More as it develops...(haha - pun intended)

As a special treat to those of you who join us on IRC we will also be pre-releasing this update a day or two. We will also try and see if we can organise a mac release with NDouba (loads of thanks to him again for all his hard work)

As with our standard cycle, the commercial version will be released first and the community editions later. Both of these will be available on irc a few days early.

OK - final list for 2.0.1:

Features:
-------------
Copy and paste to/from graphs
Copy and paste to/from text (wow - and it tries to use the right
entity types!)
Above can also function as ''import''
Zoom to pointer
Looking glass zoom mode (OK - I realize that nobody knows what that
is, you need to be there)
Added notch on slider that will return 10 000 entities (if your RAM
can stomach it)
Brought back ''Run All Transforms'' - you asked for it!
Cancel transform run (e.g. i clicked on the wrong transform and it''s
taking forever while my graph is turning into a green mush, can we
please stop this now)
Easier Mac install - we hope...anyone want to sponsor a MacBook
Air?

Fixes:
---------
Authentication proxies now works (including NTLM)
Cancel on entity export (small annoying fix)
Transform manager window resizes properly (useful for those on E^3s)
The dreadful save bug has been fixed (if you never saw it count
yourself lucky)

Initially 2.0.1 will just be available commercially - we''ll cripple
the version to build CE of 2.0.1 in time.
