Thanks for the "Mac" version, after installing it there are no transforms...so after a little digging it appears the startup script doesn't copy them correctly here is what I've done to fix the problem.

From your "console" run (make sure to change <username> to your actual username):
cp -R /Applications/MaltegoCE.app/Contents/Resources/transforms/maltego/* /Users/<username>/Library/Application\ Support/maltego/v2.0.2CE/
