Please make sure that you post the following along with your problem and we will try get back to you as soon as possible:

  • Operating System
  • Hardware Specs
  • Java Version
  • Maltego Version ( Help -> About Maltego )

Also please check that the error is not documented either in the forum or on the wiki ( http://ctas.paterva.com/wiki ).

Alternatively you can try our IRC channel on the freenode network - #Maltego
