Does one of the existing transforms query all the domains a person/email address have registered in their name?  Maybe I am missing it but it doesn''t seem to be there.

Would be awesome to have a transforms like that...do you have an idea of such a database? We do have it on the MALTAS, but that''s just because it''s already in a DB. I am not aware of such a database that is generic enought to work on ALL domains.

When doing some information mapping for our organization I was wondering this as well.  I know you can find who the IP block is registered to via the RIPE database.  I also noticed that they have an area for custom queries so in theory it should be possible to look up by registered person.  I tried to look up by person though and could not get information to pull up.  Maybe I''m missing something though.

RIPE/ARIN/APNIC and LACNIC - neither of them carry domain information. With some luck you might be netblock registered by the same email address, but not domain info. They are IP block registrars, not domain registrars.

Right you are.  I forgot I was checking on the owner of our ip block when looking there.  Although I have to admit being able to search for ip blocks by keyword of the registrar field.

you can buy this information over at domaintools.com - at least in european countries their information is far from complete, but still impressive && expensive.

i thought of building a database like this too - but most nics consider reaping and caching whois-data for whatever reason it might be illegal.

cheers,

and i am sure they have terms of use that says you cannot resell or re-distribute. Information gathering is a strange world...
