Here are some interface tweaks I''d like to see:

* darker or heavier (maybe scaling?) links between entities. They are hard to see when you zoom out.
* the ability to highlight or change the colour of selected entities
* the ability to manually add links between entities

We have 3) in version 3.0 pre alpha already.Working on ways to annotate manual links. Will consider 1)/2)
